I like to ride my bike.
I went up into the canyon last Saturday
for the first time since November.

and met me in the garage.
He noticed the water in my bottle had frozen.

  3. I have been running on my treadmill a lot lately because it is too cold outside. I try to brave it when the weather is in the 30's. This inversion is driving me nuts.... Oh how I wish for springtime. That is crazy your water froze. I run with my water on me, so I guess that's why is has never happened.
