Snake!!

I'm visiting Dallas this week.
I came home from a walk with the girls, who played on the
porch while I put the stroller away.
Guess what we found, literally at the feet of the kids?
Even after the shovel treatment, his jaw kept opening.
No one freaked out, although it was a little jarring.
Now it's science time.
So you know what we know,
12 inches long, no rattle...
Mommy is reading the result of her google search.
Young rattlesnakes are born between August and October.
They have no rattles.
They stay within the area where they are born
7 - 10 days.
And the quote from Mommy, "Wonderful."

  2. Ok, I would have been freaking out. I hate snakes, especially poisonous ones. So who wielded the shovel? I hope Daddy was home.
